BIOGRAFIE MARCEL MADER
Marcel Mader has been playing drums since the age of 8. At 16, he won the first prize in the "Jugend jazzt" competition in North Rhine-Westphalia and studied Jazz at the Cologne University of Music starting at the age of 19 (graduating with a diploma in 2000).
Since 2000, Marcel Mader has worked as a professional concert and studio drummer. He has accompanied and been accompanied by: Jeff Healey, Benjamin Boyce, Peter Riese, Soraya, Emil Bulls, Such a Surge, Dennis LeGree, Valerie Scott, Albie Donnelly, Frank Kirchner (Sax, Grönemeyer), Xaver Fischer (Sasha), Noah Sow, and the Kelly Family.
In addition, Marcel Mader has recorded numerous commercial jingles at Skyline Studio in Düsseldorf. He has toured with the Kelly Family and participated in numerous "Roncalli Circus meets Classic" productions with the Munich Symphony Orchestra and the Mecklenburg State Orchestra in Schwerin.
He has been involved in show productions with event agencies like StudioD, Mindact Porsche, Sanostra, Tap Act, and Roncalli Dinnershows (Bajazzo Cologne). He has worked on events for companies such as BASF, Nokia, Toyota, Porsche, Allianz, Telecom, Lufthansa, RWE, McDonald's, Dow Chemicals, Bayer, MediaMarkt, ThyssenKrupp, Wella, L'Oréal, Audi, Bacardi, and many more.
Since 2013, he has increasingly focused on booking and management for his own band and show productions. He is also a project leader for corporate events in the field of entertainment, responsible for casting and coordinating teams of musicians, dancers, acrobats, DJs, and singers.
